The sandwich board has advantages such as energy saving, lighter weight and can be prefabricatd, therefore it has significant meaning to conduct research on the mechanical behavior and defects of the sandwich board. And then develop a kind of satisfied composite wallboard which does not contain metal layer after above research. Finally, apply and promote it into constrution of small-scale buildings. This thesis mainly study mechanical behaviors, merits and defects of different materals like calcium silicate sheet, polyurethane, steel sheet and concrete, and then compond these materials in different combination forms in according to the developing trend of small-scale buildings in urban and rural area, meanwhile takes different demands of these buildings into consideration. The objective of this thesis is to conduct resarch on theoretical study of practical applications of composite wallboard and three-layer sheets contain cacium silicate and polyurethane considering problems encounted in the process of pouring of concrete, verify the theory by a array of exprements, and provide reference for the practical application of the new composite wallboard in the near future. The thesis will realize the objective by the following aspects:(1) Obtain the modulus of elasticity of calcium silicate sheet by experiments. And then derivate the relationship between croos-section shape and cross-section force of composite wallboard made up by calcium silicate sheet, polyurethane, steel sheet and concrete, give cross-section shape design recommendation on behalf of enhancing cross-section force, and provide reference for this kind of composite wallboard.(2) In order to control maximum deflection and strength of composite wallboard under the action of the lateral pressure of the new casting concrete under the actual construction, this thesis will apply static defferential equation to derivate the deflection and stength equation of the composite wallboard according different boundary conditions of two-span and three-span under uniformly distributed loads, give maximum deflection and strength equations of composite wallboard, and finally verify these equations by experiments.(3) Through studying the theoretical of the axial bearing capacity for the three layers calcium silicate board, this paper has deduced the calculation formula about the axial critical load in different boundary conditions, and finally verifyed the calculation formula by experiments.(4) For the multi-layer composite wallboard with concrete in the middle layer, this paper has done some experiments and analysis for the bearing capacity of axial load, has given the calculation formula of bearing capacity referring to the strength theory from literatures.
