Reseach On Spatial Organization Pattern Of Typical Commercial District In Shenzhen Based On Space Syntax

A phenomenon appears in China’s commercial district rapidly building that isthousand pieces of the same tune, namely commercial district characteristics unclearand identical space construction. The study pointed out that the phenomenon isrooted in the not enough scientific case imitation draw. On the one hand, it is a lackof understanding about the commercial district of space law. On the other hand, it isa lack of understanding about the commercial district space and the laws of formatorganization. According to the root of the problem, the space syntax precisely canprovide quantitative analysis of spatial representation and space performance, aswell as space and format correlation analysis method. This paper selects the realitysuccessful commercial district case analysis. Through the analytic representationbehind the space law space and format organization law and the underlying causesof the law, the paper provides reference about cases and ideas for other commercialdistrict.The commercial district spatial organization pattern is a abstract summary ofcommercial district space organization law, specifically space form representationinternal performance of the law and the law combination of space and format.Because of the different commercial district type and time and space background,the different commercial district spatial organization pattern is not the same.As a breakthrough point to the relationship of the commercial district spatialorganization, the elements of the commercial district spatial organization are dividedinto location, traffic organization, spatial form, space identifiable and format layout.The four commercial districts, Dongmen, Huaqiang North, Core Area of Nanshanand OCT Harbor, in Shenzhen are elected into the case for diverse types and typicalcharacteristics. This paper uses the space syntax analysis technology means forcommercial district outside space to analyze the specific characteristics of the fourcommercial districts in each spatial organization elements. The abstract summaryabout Shenzhen four commercial districts’ spatial organization pattern is based onthe organization relationship among space form representation, space innerattributes and format layout. They are Dongmen with pattern of homogeneous streetnetwork leading by the traditional space, Huaqiang North with pattern of layers offramework leading by the Industrial street, Core Area of Nanshan with pattern ofjoint-stereo leading by city structure and OCT Harbour with pattern of Groupcomposite leading by themes. The paper discusses the interaction between fourtypical commercial districts and the city from horizontal synchronic dimension andlongitudinal time dimension and looks forward the future of urban development in how to promote the diversification and typical development of commercial district.
