The vehicle include frame andload cell, steering units, power drive unit, designed for you auxiliary support wheelunit and other components. Establish the front suspension and the vehicle model inthe mechanical dynamics software, analysis and research on the vehicle handingand stability. Then analysis the structural of the vehicle in ANSYS, evaluation of itsstiffness, strength and mode. Establish the mathematical model of the vehicle,analysis the vibration performance of the car. Based on the passive vibrationisolation theory, this paper design a metal-rubber car of CCD device isolation andcarried out relevant tests, and finally on the CCD ’s electronic image stabilization dosome research.By the design and simulation of accelerated loading vehicle, this papercompleted the structural design of the accelerated loading test vehicle based onvisual servo design and structural design based on the platform of a block-basedmatching, electronic image stabilization, as major national science and technologyinfrastructure to provide a technical reference. |
