Reinforced concrete silo are widely applied to cement, coal, electricity and so on. In resentyears, with the continuously increasing of production requirements, towards to the tendencies oflarge scale, long span space steel structure is applied in the top of silo. At present, the commonbuild process of major diameter reinforced concrete silo as following. First, build the silo-wall.Then, install the top of space steel structure silo. Along with the whole process, there are someproblems such as long time in construction, input turnover instruments and high equipmentinvestment.About the above problems, our country opens up slip-formwork towing constructiontechnology of space steel structure. But this technology is without relation theoretical study andwith certainly potential risk when possessed. In the paper, take slipform towing reticulated shellfor example, in order to be convenient to the spread and applying of slipform towingconstruction technology of space steel structure, some work as following:Introduce the theory of slipform towing construction, the constitute of slipform towingsystematic, the advantage of slipform towing construction technology and the commontechnological process in detail.In line with the characteristics of slipform towing construction of space steel structure, fivesubsystems (support system, hydraulic lifting system, operation platform system, formworksystem, balance system) form the slipform towing system.In this paper, discussing in detailabout the parts, design main point and the method of calculation of each subsystem.Take the construction of clinker silo for example, which used for10000t/d cementproduction of the cement co, LTD of Hainan Huasheng. The establishment model is based on theanalysis of the component, border terms, construction state and varies load of silo top steelstructure. MADIS/GEN is applied to calculation and analysis of structural stress, deformationand end reaction, which are affected by the support rise differences during the climbing of silotop steel structure.Combined with construction project of clinker silo, which used for4500t/d cementproduction of the cement co., LDT of Tianrui Zhongjin in He Nan, the assembling method ofslipform system and silo top steel structure, the emplacement measures of silo top steel structure,the construction measures about three stage (first attempt climbing, normal climbing and accomplishment climbing) of climbing and accuracy control in climbing process are studied inthe construction of slipform towing. At the same time, the construction monitoring of bar stressis studied.
