Earthquake is one of the most devastating natural disasters. From our country’s geological situation,our country is one of the countries with the largest number of earthquakes in the world. Most destructiveearthquakes occurred in the rural areas and towns and regions, especially in the western economy lessdeveloped areas, because of the economic wait for a variety of reasons, the seismic resistance of villagehousing construction have a very good guarantee. Therefore, town structural seismic technologyresearch is very important and necessary.To avoid those abuses,put forward to avoid vibration mode branch from the combination of ringbeam constructional column wall in place of the traditional ring beam combination constructionalcolumn wall. Characteristics is The ring beam and the constructional column are made of specialmasonry precast blocks, and the construction technology changes from traditional cast-in-placereinforced concrete of ring beam and constructional column to the one that takes masonry as priority(no form erecting is needed, even a part of them needs casting). The precast blocks coupled with non-vibration self-compacting concrete are used as the main supporting members of rural buildings.Test made over four pieces of exemption from vibrating mode branch ring beam combinationconstructional column wall, two parameters of constructional column with reinforced, two pieces ofmeat ring beam constructional column wall. The main research the four pieces of combination of wallseismic performance. First introduced at home and masonry structure and parameters of traditionalconstructional column the aseismatic performance of current research status, Introduced the ofnon-vibrating concrete from the current situation of the development and performance.Secondly,the basicmechanical properties of the material sused for the test,including mortar,fly-ash perforatedbrick,concreteand concrete reinforced bar,weretested.Thirdly,theloading programand thecontentofthe test wereintroduced. The progress of testing and the failure mode of components weredescribed.Fourthly,the test result was analyzed according to the obtained ductility factor,hystereticbehavior,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation etc.of the walls.
