This paper introduces the application and research status of existing constructiontechnology which use the same but principle is different, shield method, pipe jackingmethod, the earth self-walking tunnel boring machine and so on, introduces andanalysis the spiral screw anchor static bearing mechanism which principle similar butuses different, the propeller shaft to the drive mechanism is also analyzed.Through theory analysis and experiment simulation, analyzing the variousparameters of spiral spring to the earth in the screwing process, can provide pullingforce value, established the calculation formula of tension, thereby to soil for use inthe screwing in helical spring produce axial tension and pull the machine to walkforward to provide theoretical support. We studied the mechanism of spiral machinedriving forward pull itself.Through theoretical analysis and initial establish the theory model of theinteraction between spiral structure and soil and the tension calculation formula. Theinfluencing factors of the interaction between spiral structure and soil can be dividedinto two categories: one kind is the soil parameters, another kind is the parameters ofthe spiral structure. For spiral structure parameter of spiral length and spiral diameter,spiral stiffness guided by the orthogonal design of experiment system of thecomparison test, the process of gathering data and test some of the phenomenonanalysis, got the study the influence of the parameters and the spiral structure pull.Conclusions are as follows:(1)the pull produced by the interaction spiral structure and soil eventuallydecided by participate in shear force of soil on the surface of the soil, and how muchthe soil involved in decided by the spiral structure.(2) the soil interact with spiral structure is divided into two parts, part of theshow for the backend inverted cone shape, the other part is the front cylinder shape.(3) for spring types of spiral structure, factors influencing the pulling force of theorder is: the elasticity coefficient, the length, outer diameter, spiral spacing, thesection size of spring wire, among them, with the increase of elasticity coefficient, thelength and diameter, spring provides tension increased gradually.(4) for auger type spiral structure of the influencing factors of the order is: thelength of the spiral, outer diameter, among them, with the increase of the length and diameter, spiral drill provide pulling force increased gradually.(5) rectangular cross section spring compared with circular cross section duringscrewing in the soil need less torque, torque is converted to pull more efficient.
