Product line is a widely used manufacturing system. One of the most importantquestion in designing and managing an product line is the line balancing, since it has agreat effect on the productivity of the manufacturing system. In order to increase theproductivity,balance analysis is carried out for an cathode material for LithiumBatteries production line in M company. By using IE methods to redesign theline.Flexibility in the use of the Hill plot tables, flowcharts, man-machine jointoperation diagram tools such as Health analysis and improvement of the originalproduction line, so that the balance of the production line has been greatly improved,while reducing manpower, improve production efficiency. Improve the balance of theproduction line rate has been greatly improved.Firstly, the article constructed the theoretical framework, involving the productof cathode material for Lithium Batteries and balancing production theory. The authoranalyze the product process of cathode material for Lithium Batteries, and explain theequilibrium theory, which is composed of the contents. In many occasion, to achieveworking hours equalization is the most important goal for the product line.Next, combined with the implementation of cathode material for LithiumBatteries for a well-known manufacturers M Company,the paper succeed to achievethe improvement. The result shows significant improvement in degree on time, thequantity of products and product efficiency. Finally, the author summarizes the thesisinnovation and inadequacies.
