Control strategy is the key technology of hybrid electric vehicle, and hybridelectric vehicle simulation system is an essential tool of hybrid electric vehicle designand development. Firstly, this paper establishes the forward and backward simulationmodel for the power-split hybrid electric vehicle. And then, has developed a simulationsystem, which fits for both forward simulation and backward simulation, based on thesource simulation software Advisor. Finally, simulation analysis and research on thepower-split hybrid electric vehicle with this hybrid electric vehicle simulation systemwill be shown.This paper analyzes the power-split hybrid electric vehicle mechanical andelectrical structure; The rear wheel drive structure and a planetary gear set coupledstructure of power-split hybrid electric vehicle is analyzed in detail; in order to reflectthe true driver operation better and the hybrid electric vehicle model more consistentwith the real vehicle controller, two different model are established, based on the PIDcontroller and fuzzy controller, compared the advantages and disadvantages of the twomodels by simulation; established a power-split hybrid electric vehicle forward andbackward simulation model, supplied the necessary conditions for hybrid electricvehicle design; finally, has developed a simulation system, which fits for both forwardsimulation and backward simulation, based on the source simulation software Advisor,provided computer simulation platform for the hybrid electrical vehicle design anddevelopment of its control strategy.In this paper, the power-split hybrid electrical vehicle operate condition is dividedinto general condition and the transition condition, after analysis and research on thepower-split hybrid electrical vehicle operate conditio n. Established the hybridelectrical vehicle controller model by the Simulink Stateflow toolbox, analyzed anddesigned the control strategy of power-split hybrid electrical vehicle. Finally, theperformance and the control strategy of power-split hybrid electrical vehicle areanalyzed in the simulation system. Reliability of the power-split hybrid electricalvehicle model and hybrid electrical vehicle simulation system and the effect of thehybrid electrical vehicle control strategy were tested.
