In the spacecraft system, the satellite power is critical important. This paperfocus on high power density discharge topology used in the satellite power. Anddesign the high power density discharge topology, in order to reduce the cost of thelaunch of the satellite.Through the analysis of several domestic and international discharge topology,select the the Weinberg discharge topology to design the high power densitydischarge converter. Analysis of the Weinberg discharge topology principle,according to the satellite power system performance requirements in the dischargetopology. Selection and design the parameters of the discharge topology. Throughthe simulation of saber software, and experiments to verify the correctness of thedischarge topological parameters.Use the inner current loop and outer voltage loopto design discharge topology loop compensation. Small-signal modeling theWeinberg discharge topology, using the mathcad software to calculate thecompensation network parametes, ensure the dynamic response performance andstability of the discharge topology. Use the frequency analyzer to test loopcharacteristics of the actual circuit. Verify the reasonableness of the compensationnerwork parameters.In order to solve the problem of the thermal structure of the discharge topologythat left a large margin and lower power density. This paper uses the thermalsimulation method to design the geometric structure of the discharge topology. Inthe first, design the geomeric structure of the discharge topology.Second, calculatethe devices of the discharge topology. Last, use Ansys software for thermalsimulation of the circuit, make the geometric structure of the discharge topologyoptimization. Then, through experiments to verify the geometric structure rationality.Complete the high power density space power in discharge converter and test theefficiency.
