The asphalt pavement is a highway structure, due to the impact of the increased traffic ofthe highway, the vehicle giant and overloading, the rutting disease is highlight.The papers dothe following work with the help of the department of Transportation Technology project inHebei Province.First,design indoor, outdoor and simulation three experiments to get first-hand scientificdata through the analysis of the instrument of the main experimental and the large number ofexperiments on the outside and indoor.Secend, analysis the material properties influencingfactors of the freeway and traffic load,find that ambient temperature, vehicle load, channeltraffic, traffic speed is the main factor affected material properties; simultaneously analyzed therelationship between material properties and the traffic load and rut to determine the mainfactors affecting the formation of ruts; analysis the causes and classification of Rut and theformation mechanism of the rut again,get the rut formation mechanism Figure, comparativeanalysis three rut control methods. Considering the traffic environment, cost and other factors,Mixed with anti-rutting agent for the preferred selection, and comparative analysis ofcommonly used anti-rutting agent to determine the admixture models.Also by a large number of experiments and analysis, combination of crust principle, theproposed raise of47.9%based on the the crust principle pavement structure optimization designAdd rut king No.70asphalt mixture than SBS modified asphalt mixture dynamic stability; Theexperiment also found that when the mix rolling direction perpendicular to the load travelingdirection, vertical RCC method based on the laboratory test. Model analysis using ANSYSoptimized structural design of the road surface, the stress, strain and deflection values,resistance to fatigue cracking of the asphalt pavement performance, pavement structure, shearperformance sequence; calculated way table3cm~14cm shear maximum area.The last layer of the pavement structure, material properties, construction techniques, andtraffic conditions, combined with the reliability principle, the use of chromatography analysisaffecting road reliability indicators, to analysis reliability index mutual relations as the basis,the use of multivariate statistical analysis to establish the reliability of the relational modelbased on the road surface.And through the paved test road a lot of the real ground data acquisition and analysis basedon the project to obtain the the paver temperature, mixing temperature, transport distance, RCCnumber of key technical factors, combined with the actual construction experience to determinethe mix of the key construction technology.
