With the rapid development of concrete filled steel tube structure, the corresponding node form also constantly improve. Several relatively mature research of square steel tube concrete column-H type steel beam node has enrolled in the corresponding procedures. However, node quality cannot fulfill the requirements of practical engineering due to the vague transmission way and the limitation of site welding. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward new connection type. Only further enrich and perfect the structure form and node processing, can cause the further development of the square steel tube concrete structure application space.According to the present situation, Our research group put forward a new type of semi-rigid nodes form-Wear core high strength bolt-II type plate node. This kind of node which can makes square steel tube concrete column and steel beam together through the II type plate and bolt is easy for installation. In addition, it can effectively guarantee the construction quality of node and significantly improve the node of the bending moment capacity, improve the force transfer way and enrich the node connection form by avoiding field welding.On the basis of the monotone static load research, this paper has the finite element simulation of the four edge node specimen in the test of the two double T plate connection and2II type plate connection and detailed analysis of the various components of the stress distribution and failure. Besides, this paper holds that through the finite element results and test data contrast, the finite element model can basically simulate the stress of the nodes in the performance and powerful show node failure process of the details of the factors.On the basis of simulation test specimen, this paper has the further research on the II type plate connection, which establish the standard model by enhancing the vulnerable parts of II type plate connection. This model is more reasonable compared with specimen in test and has the analysis of the failure mode and the influencing factors of moment-rotation relationship on the basis of standard model. Through the moment-rotation relationship research, we can fit out the formula of such node of the bending moment and the angle of the relation and lay the foundation for future research and application.
