Through the process of pressurizing the cement plate tensile, compressive strengthand other performance and Experimental Research on fiber reinforced composite tensile,shear, bending test and Research on performance of R&D A, can be used for buildingexterior wall, floor slab reinforced multi-layer structure of cement board, the board canreduce the volume of use of templates and hours, so as to achieve the purpose of costreduction. Fiber enhanced multilayer cement board is composed of3layers of cementcompression plate and2layers of mesh cloth by the adhesive bonding structure plate.The structure of boards for the first time put forward, its structural properties are requiredto study. Topics mainly through experiment of different fiber configuration and binder onthe structural properties of fiber reinforced cement board, put forward the calculationformula of multilayer.Through research on fiber reinforced multilayer cement plate bending test, bond testand impact test study, get reinforced multi-layer cement board test. Through the testprocess and test results, study the different production forms of fiber reinforcedmultilayer cement board failure process, the mechanism of failure characteristics, andanalyzed the flexural strength, adhesion and impact resistance properties.Through the test research paper: different types of fiber grid cloth, fiber reinforcedcement board will affect the overall performance of multilayer. With the increase of thecontent of fiber mesh fabric, fiber reinforced multilayer cement plate bending strengthwas improved obviously, but the optimal volume content should be according to thedesign moment and calm, while considering cost relationship. Fiber reinforced multilayercement board is destroyed, the deflection of large, good ductility. Bond testing, damage ismainly due to adhesive force is the cause of bond failure, so the cement binder has yet tobe improved. Fiber mesh on cement board reinforcement effect is very obvious, but thefiber grid application, also need to strengthen mechanism, interfacial properties,construction technology and other aspects do more theoretical research.
