Along with the rapid growth of economy in our country, highway Bridges bear moreand more heavy freight overloaded tasks, many bridges cannot meet the design life haveresult different degrees of aging or damage, be badly in need of repair or rebuild. Longand traditional method of bridge construction need a long duration, low efficiency, seriousimpact on the transportation and the environment, so the overall displacement ofconstruction method is proposed in the modern bridge engineering. The girder hoister is animportant tool in the replacement of a bridge. Research on structure design and the controlaccuracy is significance to the reconstruction project.This paper takes Beijing Xiguan Roundabout bridge reconstruction project as thebackground, the whole bridge needs to be felt to the ground from the camel bridgemachines. Due to the construction plant nears the highway and the area is narrow, and theold bridge shape is irregular, using large tonnage girder hoister will be limited by the space,and the work is not flexible, so design the400t split type girder hoister, by split structuredesign and flexible control method, meeting requirements of the lifting weight and theposition control.First of all, the paper introduces the accelerated bridge construction method inXiguan Roundabout bridge reconstruction project and the requirements for constructionequipment. Making innovative design based on the traditional structure, transform doubleguide beam structure to split structure; redesign the hydraulic cylinder installation site,increase the steering angle, making girder hoister have a variety of steering mode; designvariable span beam structure, increasing the lifting weight, through the mechanicscalculation and finite element analysis, check the strength, in order to meet therequirements.Secondly, in view of the girder hoister adopts two sets of hydraulic system in drivingpart and the other part, proposed using the open hydraulic system, combined the drivesystem and other systems, reducing the initial investment. Analysis of the control methodof driving system, steering system, suspension system and hoisting system. In view of the collaboration problem of two girder hoisters, proposed the control method of CAN bus,increases the practicability and reliability of girder hoister.Finally, established the mathematical model and AMEsim simulation model, bysimulating study the climbing startup performance, light load leveling startup performanceand fretting performance of drive system, the simulation results has great reference valueto actual operation. Through the detection of the startup pressure and the experiment ofspeed measurement, show that the girder hoister reaches the design requirements andprove simulation results are correct.
