Nowadays, we are faced with a shortage of energy, including oil, carbon, etc. Countries are stepping up the pace of development of photovoltaic. According to the forecast of solar photovoltaic power generation will become the main body of the world’s energy supply.Currently, one of the bottlenecks to photovoltaic power generation is the low conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells, in order to effectively use the solar energy light, the intensity tracking technology combining with the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology is proposed in this paper.Firstly, the article introduces the structure of the stand-alone photovoltaic generation system and states the present situation, the principle, algorithm and the prospects for development of the intensity tracking technology combining with the Maximum PowerPoint Tracking (MPPT) technology. According to the development of their respective technology, the comprehensive of solar tracking technology combing with the double maximum power tracking algorithm is designed. The comprehensive of solar tracking technology achieved in vertical and horizontal direction tracking solar energy, changed tracking method when the weather variations, and effectively increases the energy absorption of photovoltaic cells. The double maximum power tracking algorithm uses Improvement of Constant Voltage MPPT combing with the Perturbation and Observation in small step.Near the maximum power point, the Perturbation and Observation in small step is adopted to reduce the static fluctuate change, and the improvement of Constant Voltage MPPT is needed when environment change or starting procedure in order to improve the tracking speed of the system. In conclusion, The comprehensive of solar tracking technology improves to the absorbance of solar energy, and the double maximum power algorithm improves the absorption of the sun.The conversation efficiency of photovoltaic cells is improved largely. Secondly, the simulation model in Matlab/Simulink environment is established and obtained the ideal simulation result.Finally, the paper gives a detailed software and hardware design process. The Boost converter is used as the main circuit. Digital signal processor TMS320F2812of TI company is adopted to writing and control the program.In experiments the ideal result is got and the feasibility of the proposed scheme verified.
