This topic mainly adopts the method of combining experiment and simulation, studiedthe catalytic combustion IX type furnace, the distribution of the internal temperature field ofthe furnaces and the rule of the airflow, and the test of natural gas catalytic combustion fluegas composition, through the method of theory analysis, the application of flue gas in asepticbox and stem cells to explore research, this paper studies the main contents are as follows:Firstly, the distribution of temperature and airflow inside the IX catalytic combustionfurnace was studied.The experiment also tested the temperature field experiments at variouspoints inside the furnace with Fluent conduct simulation modeling. Hot air flows upward, theupper temperature is higher, the lower temperature is lower, gas flow in the middle of thestove is larger, the air flow on both sides is smaller. The furnace which internal has heatexchanger and no heat exchanger was did the experiment and temperature field was analysed,the temperature field which the chamber equipped with a small heat exchanger has a big gapwith the temperature field which not equipped,also is lower and has a the big gap between theupper and lower, and heat exchanger water flow was adjust within a certain range does notsubstantially affect the internal temperature field,difference of the upper and lowertemperature field which not equipped with heat exchanger is not big and temperature field ismore uniform, just place which heat flow through has a higher temperature. However, therestill exists some deficiencies in the oven, such as the connection insulation, tightness is notenough, the weakness in insulation. So what the experiment should mend is to shorten theconnection distance between the stove and oven cavity so that the inner wall surface of thecombustion stove can take full advantage of radiant heat out of the furnace.Furthermore,because the temperature is not uniform, so it is of great significance to reduce the internalspace of the furnace chamber. In this way, the internal temperature will get higher as well asmore uniform.Secondly, the catalytic combustion flue gas was set in a sterile tank to get further explore.Under precise analysis and study, a fine system was developed to push the catalytic flue gasinto the sterile box. The gas which was heated by flue gas was definitely sterile and it can beused for aseptic containers with the continuously gas flow.Later, the application environment of catalytic combustion flue gas conducted in the drycell culture was explore.Catalytic combustion flue gases were derived by O2and CO2concentrations in a theoretical calculation and experimental method. Besides, stem cells wereheated up to a high temperature through the air. Under such kind of circumstance, the gasmixture could be filtered through a sterile container to get more process and then applied tostem cells.In the last part of the paper, the content of the research was carried out on furtherinstructions, and test problems were described in more details as well as the catalyticcombustion problems. With the rapidly development of the catalytic combustion technology,we have reasons to believe that the catalytic combustion will be used in a wider range ofapplications and bring us both economic and environmental benefits.
