The bestway to present the dung treatment is anaerobic technology, if we can develop efficientanaerobic fermentation reactors, vigorously develop the biogas project, to reduce farm manurepollution and greenhouse emissions reduction has a significant role in promoting.The mainlyresearch on the following three aspects in this paper:1) in the test design of organic glassanaerobic fermentation device, substrate concentration domestic sewage used as dilutionwater to configure different concentrations. With designed organic glass anaerobicfermentation device, and domestic sewage used as dilution water to configure differentmaterial concentrations.Through the research for the sewage anaerobic fermentation andprovide relevant datas;2) Select and consists of two kinds of ornamental plants as artificialwetland plant, through the design of artificial wetland,reserch the anaerobic liquid purificationability. Through the experimental study, draws the following conclusion;3)Through theanalysis of milking wastewater, by setting the relevant indicators to monitor the research,explore the possibility of it as a dilution water;4)Monitoring of the USR+AF and USR reactor.Study on operation effect of anaerobic fermentation treatment of different reactor. Throughthe detection and analysis of datas for gas and provide basis for engineering design, but alsofor the relevant departments or enterprises in providing technical treatment of livestock fecespollution support; Through the experimental study, conclusions are as follows:(1) In this test domestic sewage were used as cattle manure anaerobic fermentationdilution water, each reactor worked in normal operation. Research shows that with theincreased concentration of COD, concentration of material is increased, the total gasproduction also increased; found by ammonia nitrogen content of different concentration,concentration of the lowest, at the same time, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is lowest,shows that the relationship between concentration of ammonia nitrogen and materialconcentration was positive correlation;(2)There is some unfavorable factors to the growth of microorganisms in sewage, such asoil, detergent, but also contains nitrogen, phosphorus conducive to microbial growth factorssuch as. With pretreatment to wastewater, the experimental study shows that, adding sewagewater as raw water dilution of anaerobic fermentation is feasible;(3)Big diffenbachia picta schott and Spathiphyllum floribundum Clevelandii· two speci--es of ornamental plant as reference to processing plants in constructed wetland, were reflect abetter sewage purification capacity, to sum up the two species ornamental plants as farmwastewater purification treatment is feasible in sewage purification, can also bring people beautiful enjoyment;(4)Anaerobic digestion of organic matter removal and cumulative gas production wereincreased, indicating that the system is added to the fermentation of manure between standingafter milking wastewater pretreatment, can promote the decomposition of organic matter inmanure, produce more methane. While daily gas production of anaerobic digestion, VFAconcentration, pH changes worth magnitude smaller, indicating that the system is added to thefermentation of manure between standing after milking wastewater pretreatment can improvethe stability of the system, between milking dairy after appropriate pretreatment of wastewat--er can be utilized as a resource;(5)By compared the experimental data of temperature and pH inside the reactor forUSR and USR+AF showed that reactors runned stability. The removal rate of VS of USR islower than that of USR+AF, indicating that the biological filler to promote pollutantdegradation;(6)The removal rate of COD of USR+AF is higher than that for the USR, illustrates theUSR+AF reactor for degradation of organic matter is strong. The average biogas yield USRand USR+AF reactor were6.84m3/d and7.39m3/d. The USR+AF reactor gas production ishigh, a more positive impact on reducing greenhouse gases can play; therefore, the USR+AFreactor with respect to the USR reactor treating dairy manure wastewater has high removalrate of TS, organic matter degradation ability and the large gas production characteristics. |
