| In view of backwardness about long keyway machining on the slender shaft in our country and abroad, this project designed a dedicated long keyway automatically milling machine. The machine designed for super-long keyway milling of slender shaft parts. The slender shaft parts to be milled can be9m in the longest length, and less than60mm in diameter. This thesis topic comes from Intelligently Testing and Control Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering College of Shandong university and Shandong WenShang Screw Co., LTD. This topic research designed a long slender shaft keyway milling machine’s mechanical structure and electric control section, including the design of overall scheme, analysis of stress and vibration,the design of the machine bed and guide rail, the design of the feed drive screw pair and checking calculation, the design of electric control system and other research and design. In the process,I assemblied and debuged the electrical stem and mechanical system of the long slender shaft keyway milling machine, at the same time,I found and improved the defect of the design and cooperate to achieve good condition of machine tool. Through actual keyway milling,the machine design was proved to be successful. The research method of this paper is mainly through3D software modeling and analysis software analyzing, theoretical checking calculation and the field equipment debugging and on-site milling keyways, etc.Domestic traditional milling machine for such keyway milling on long slender shafts, are not able to mill such long keyway or able to do it only through milling section by section.Due to segmented clamping, the workpiece will appear clip marks, which makes the positioning error increase, the size precision, location accuracy and surface roughness of workpiece further reduce, so as to make it could not reach the requirements of factory or enterprise,on the other hand, it is difficult to improve the processing efficiency and degree of automation, and the intensity of labor is relatively larger. So far, there is no domestic special machine tools for long keyways milling on slender shaft parts but little research and development. Some foreign companies have paid attention to research on it, but at the moment, for the machine tool which can satisfy the long keyway milling at high efficiency and automatical degree, its price is very expensive. The long slender shaft keyway milling machine designed in this project has considerable practical value and can bring great economic benefit, at the same time, this thesis enriches and develops the design and research on the long slender shaft keyway milling machine tool. |
