With the development of urban modernization, more and more people own their cars. The vehicle noise issue has attracted more attention of researchers. It is well known thatnoise pollution does great harm to the health and well-being of people. So how to reducenoise becomes one hot research area in the field of acoustics. There are a large number of interconnected holes in nonwoven materials. When thesound wave travels inside the material, there will be interaction viscous or friction betweenadjacent particles for different particle has different speed. The viscous or frictional willdiscourage the particle motion. This will become sound energy into thermal energy. Thusthe objective of reducing noise can be achieved. Here we recard superfine polypropylenemelt-blown non-woven material and polyester fiber needling nonwovens as raw material. The superfine polypropylene melt-blown non-woven material can be represented by A.And the different superfine polypropylene melt-blown non-woven material can berepresented by A’, as well. The polyester fiber needling nonwovens can be represented byB. We can get A+B composite absorber and A+B+A’ composite absorber throughhot-melting method. This article gave a detailed discussion and analysis of nonwovenscomposite thickness, density, pore size and porosity changes. Through these changes, wediscussed how these structure of the material parameters effect sound absorption propertiesin detail. And we application BP neural network to prediction average sound absorptioncoefficient of needling nonwovens composite. Here,we expect A+B composite absorber and A+B+A’ composite absorber can beapplied to automotive interior to improve Interior sound environment. We get the optimalof BP neural network model. It can predict non-woven composite absorber based onpolyester needling nonwoven and polypropylene melt-blown materials sound absorption sound absorption properties...
