It is estimated that nearly20million tons of flour is consumed by steamedbuns every year in China. The market capacity of traditional flour staple foodindustrialization is about200billion yuan. However, that of steamed buns andrelated products is more than80billion yuan.It inevitably causes a large demand for steaming equipment owe toprofound change of steamed food from home handmade to large-scale industrialproduction. In the long term, the current large steam cabinet which is applied tothe industrial production is unable to meet the growing market demand.Continuous steaming equipment will become an inevitable trend of steamingfood production in the near future, which will provide a broad market prospectfor the development of continuously automatic steaming equipment.In recent years, there has been some continuously automatic steamingequipment on the market, such as steaming equipment from Ji’nan love cookfood limited company, because of the high price, it lacks of marketcompetitiveness. Steaming equipment from Xi’an foreign machinerymanufacturing limited company can also realize continuous automatedproduction process, and the cost is lower than the existing steaming equipmenton the market. However, the equipment has several problems as follows:(1)The motion reliability of manipulator of conveyor tray is poor.(2)The steamed door at both ends of the cabin occurs air leakage in highertemperature.(3)When multi motors work,its coordination still needs to be improved.Based on the analysis of the initial prototype, the main work of the thesis isas follows. Chain transmission, slider, groove, transmission rod, support and themanipulator gripper is consisted of manipulator to transport pallets. Rotationalmovement of the chain transmission is converted into reciprocating linear motionof the transmission rod, and the entrance of transmission rod is sealed by soft packing. The gate plate, block, cam, guide post and spring is composed of thedouble gate structure, through cam driving gate plate lateral movement tostrengthen the sealing effect of the gate. The key parameters of the conveyingmanipulator, gate and cylinder for opening and closing of gate are calculated. Torealize the motor synchronous operation, closed-loop control system is adopted.In addition, the demand of pallet conveying control system and opening andclosing of the gate control system is also made brief introduction.New technologies are applied to continuously automatic steamed equipmentin this thesis, such as temperature and pressure control. Motor program controltechnology is applied to the mechanics and pneumatic control system of theequipment. And traditional goods transportation technology is combined withcomplex motion of the manipulator. These technologies improve sealingperformance of gate and reliability of mechanical hand movement, and the motorrunning is more harmonious.
