This paper was carried out the research of key technologies of industrialequipment under the framework of Shaanxi Province CNC mechanical productinnovation generation demonstration project, which can improve thetechnological innovation capability of China’s industrial sewing enterprises andnarrow the gap with foreign advanced level. At the same time, it can pushresearch and development of high efficiency and promote the optimization andupgrading of industrial structure. This paper is analyzed from the following twoaspects.a. Firstly, the sketch of main mechanisms (Pick line mechanism, the needlebar mechanism, hook line mechanism, feeding mechanism) of sewing machinewas built and we can understand the work process of the various mechanismsand clear their structural characteristics further. Secondly, the thread mechanismand needle bar mechanism were analyzed and simulated by3D modeling andsimulation software, then we can tell their strengths and weaknesses research ininstitutional design. Thirdly, we can do the research on the Collaborativerelationship of the four mechanisms, then we can analysis the movementprinciple of hook line mechanism and feeding mechanism, which provideevidence of the application of CNC and optimal design.b. Before the new technology application of industrial sewing machine,firstly, we should understand the contents and characteristics of CNC technologyand servo drive system. Secondly, we did a comprehensive analysis of theadvantages and analyze the strengths and shortcomings. Thirdly, we put the newtechnology into industrial sewing machine reasonably. Thus, we can provide amore ergonomics and comfortable working environment.By analyzing of the four mechanisms and understanding the newtechnology, we improved the design of industrial sewing machine to simplifymechanisms、 strengthen the function of control and increase automationrequirements. At the same time, by using the CNC technology and understanding the characteristics of new mechanism, we designed the new sewing machineshell that is more beautiful, innovative and ergonomic.
