Semi-coke production in China is still in the stage of high pollution, high emissions, and the process system needs to be improved continuously. One of the effective way to improve the technical level and work efficiency of semi-coke production enterprise is finding out the scientific and reasonable method for coking process improvement. So this paper based on the coal carbonization process as the research object, we discussed the coal carbonization process improvement scheme and technology based on energy conservation and emissions reduction.Coking industry as a key industry in the "twelfth five-year" energy conservation and emissions reduction, there is no independent, systematic, comprehensive and reliable evaluation index system and evaluation method of energy saving and emission reduction. According to the characteristics of existing coal carbonization production, related laws and regulations of clean production, energy conservation and emission reduction, we established suitable evaluation index system of energy conservation and emissions reduction for coal carbonization process by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on multi-objective decision. The evaluation index system is divided into quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation indexes, and the reference value of evaluation indexes were determined by consulting the value of national laws and regulations standard; the indicators’ weight were determined by using the combination of pairwise comparison, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy value method to make the evaluation index system has strong practicability. The establishment of evaluation index system for the enterprise provides a reference basis for energy conservation and emissions reduction.On the basis of the evaluation index system established above, we analyzed ways to solve the existing problems and optimize technology by resolving evaluation indexes to the specific production processes. The results showed:the carbonization process, coke quenching process and gas cleaning process have larger contributions to the problems of existing technology and larger influences on the energy conservation and emissions reduction. Thus, we focused on the above three process respectively to optimize the technology by optimizing the coke oven plant, changing coke quenching way and improving the method of gas cooling techniques. Took actual data of a typical enterprise for example,we analyzed the process of founding problems, searching for the root causes and solving the problem by using energy conservation and emission reduction evaluation indexes, and it provides a reference basis for the semi-coke production enterprises to optimize processes, promote energy conservation and emissions reduction level. |
