BTEX is widely used in petroleum, chemical, agricultural chemicals, textile, papermaking, paint, shoes and other industrial production process,and it wide distribute in the environment of toxic compounds. Because of strong volatile, participate in photochemical reactions in the atmosphere, promote the ozone generation, further intensifies the formation of photochemical smog, enters the body through the respiratory system or skin contact resulting in a great health hazard, so BTEX pollution prevention and control is more and more attention.By enrichment with BTEX as the sole carbon source, nine bacterium with the ability of benzene、toluene、ethylbenzene or p-xylene were isolated from the sludge of a Petroleum farm in wenchong of Guangzhou,five of them(NJ-1、A、B、C、D) can degrade all of the BTEXs. Sequence analysis of16S rDNA identified that the strain NJ-1belonged to Paenibacillus, and the strain A、B、D belonged to Bacllius. The study of optimum pH and salinity on strainA and NJ-1shows that the optimum pH of strain A among in7-8, and NJ-1in7.5to8.5. The addition of salt can significantly inhibit the growth of the two strains. on the test of degradation benzenes, the degradation rate of NJ-1can reach81%, and the strain A has a strong ability of degradation ethylbenzene。 The PCR products shows that the two strain of bacteria degradate toluene by monooxygenases pathway.Polyurethane has good oil resistance, ageing resistance, low temperature resistance and other performance, coupled with excellent biocompatibility, this research through the lignin to join in the process of the synthesis of polyurethane synthetic get WPU composite materials. And foam stabilizer) effect on the properties of WPU is, when the dosage of foam stabilizer is1.5, there will be a serious cracking phenomenon. When the dosage of stabilizer is1.5to2.5, the foam phenomenon can be effectively suppressed, obtain better foam properties. Stable foam stabilizer dosage too much, too, and excessive obturator made serious bubble contraction, at the same time, the oil absorption ratio of bubble. The content of lignin of the oil absorption has certain influence to the material, mainly is the addition of lignin can affect the size of the bubble hole, thereby affect the oil absorption rate of the WPU.Porous starch is a kind of ideal adsorbent, adsorption can be all kinds of material, so can be born as a kind of ideal carrier, making this study modified porous starch as biological carrier. Make the best of12%of starch quality, for the amount of acetic anhydride at45 degrees Celsius is the best temperature; The optimum reaction time of90min. Production compared with the original porous starch, the starch cross-linked porous starch transparency is decreased obviously after, this is because the product molecular weight increased after crosslinking, intermolecular strength also increased, the crystal structure is more difficult than the original starch swelling.
