| In order to improve the performance of protein fiber in dyeing and finishing, therabbit hair fiber and silk fabric have been chosen as the research object to attach the goal ofincreasing the dyeing depth of rabbit hair fiber and functionality of silk fabric. It isdiscussed that (1) the influence of borax which is used as color fixing agent of rabbit hairwith reactive dyes and the modifications of rabbit hair (with some assistants such as benzylalcohol, low temperature accelerants) on dyeing properties; In addition, the effects of twotypes of darkening agent (amino silicone oil, acrylic resin) on rabbit hair fiber areresearched.after dyeing the rabbit hair.(2) The effect of water soluble polymers of vinylmonomer with microwave on the function of silk fabric. Furthermore, it make acomparison of the influence of the modification process to hygroscopicity, structure (byFTIR, FTIR-ATR), thermal properties (by TG/DSC), several color fastness of silk fabricand so on.The research indicates that:(1) Dyeing properties of rabbit hair with reactive dyeswere improved by benzyl alcohol modifying.(2) The modification process is: borax2g/L,low temperature accelerants-ST3g/L, anhydrous sodium sulfate6g/L;(3) The darkeningeffect of amino silicone oil and acrylic resin is obvious, and the stability of the self-madeorganic silicone emusion is fine, the darkening effect of organic silicone emusion can beimproved by AKD and organic fluorine;(4) The easy cleaning function of silk fabric isimproved by the water-soluble polymer of vinyl monomer (methyl acrylamide/acrylicacid, vinyl pyrrolidone/acrylic acid) with microwave, the modification process is: NVP50g/L, AA5g/L, KPS4%(o.w.m), the decontamination agent60g/L, the microwavepower is800W, the reaction time is3min, and the decontamination rate can be up to94.83%.(5) After the treatment of methyl acrylamide/acrylic acid, vinyl pyrrolidone/acrylic acid, vinyl pyrrolidone/acrylic acid/decontamination agent grafting on silk fabric,the vinyl monomer can graft copolymerize with silk fiber, and the thermal stability of silk fabric is improved.(6)The rubbing fastness, soaping fastness, perspiration fastness, alkalisolubility of silk fabric are improved to a certain extent; though acid perspiration fastnessand alkali resistance of silk fabric are decreased, the reduction extent is acceptable. |
