This article is based on FLUENT and experimental research method, which is about researching the heating transfer process about the LN2in waters, and finding the key factors that cause LN2boiling model transformed and boiling intensity changed. According to this, the rate of the temperature rising which is controlling the LN2boiling model transformed is developed.Firstly, experiments is described in detail in this paper. The experimental results of the pressure curve are obtained. And then the explosive boiling mode is introduced, and the judgment standard which decides the LN2explosive boiling is developed, which is the rate of the temperature rising reaches to the106K/s. In addition, the technology of the numerical simulation, and especially the numerical simulation software of FLUENT, that including its application, characteristics and the solution processes are introduced. This article use FLUENT software to study the LN2boiling experiment. By comparing the experimental results and the simulation results, it is verified that FLUENT software is reliability to study the process of LN2discharged into the water. Through the FLUENT software simulating on the experiment, temperature changing rate of LN2under the different conditions of the LN2injection is studied which is to judge whether the LN2occurs explosive boiling. Through the numerical simulation on the four experiments, the explosive boiling influence factors of the Jet diameter, injection pressure and injection time ate summarized. On the condition that the water and LN2are full access, it is more easier to occur the explosive boiling when the Jet diameter is larger, or the injection pressure is bigger, or the injection time is longer. Further it can also be got that the way to control the LN2explosive boiling mode by the means of reducing the Jet diameter, or the injection pressure, or the injection time.
