Chinese porcelain making has a long history,Some ancient porcelain makingtechnology is still in use today. Material treated by ancient mineral processing processbecause of its excellent performance and in short supply in modern ceramicproduction, and modern materials handling technology rapid development in thecontinuous exploration and improvement.China stone as raw materials for the important porcelain making, historically hasbeen widely used in ceramic production,this topic according to the impact of ancientraw materials processing technology and modern raw materials processing technologyon ancient porcelain key raw material China stone as the main research content,select three typical porcelain stone raw materials, with ancient millstones andelutriation and modern ball grinding and sieving process for raw material processing,by means of energy dispersive X fluorescence spectrum analyzer, laser particle sizeinstrument, field emission scanning electron microscope, barium study method suchas clay method, after test and analysis the different raw materials of chemicalcomposition, particle size distribution, particle morphology, cation exchange capacity,and the plasticity of raw materials, drying and firing shrinkage, water absorption, bulkdensity, etc. On the one hand, the comparative analysis of the ancient and modern rawmaterials handling process on the properties of China stone, combined with the effectof two kinds of raw material processing process model and crushing theory, discussesthe internal mechanism of the influence of the China stone performance, providereference for modern ceramic production technology improvement.On the other hand,by comparing the performance of China stone by ancient and modern raw materialshandling process,reflects the advantage of ancient raw materials processingtechnology, for this kind of intangible recognition of intangible cultural heritage,protection and inheritance provide strong support.The study found that compared with the China stone sample of modern rawmaterials processing technology, the chemical composition of ancient raw materialsprocessing technology in the lower content of SiO2and Al2O3content is higher, morefine particles content in particles and coarse particles content is less; The coarseparticles morphology in China stone samples of ancient and modern raw materialshandling process are more fruity, appearance difference is not obvious, but fineparticle morphology of the China stone samples by modern materials handlingprocess is more acute, this is mainly because of China stone crushing mechanism, rely on vibration turning material, the impact as the main crushing power millstonescrushing technology at the time of particle crushing to a certain degree of fineness,fine grain refinement is mainly rely on between the particles and particle grinding,thus causing particle edge sharp edges is less; And rely on the rotational changematerial to the impact and grinding force as the primary crushing power ball millgrinding process at the time of particle crushing to a certain degree of fineness, fineparticles suspended in the water easily, so difficult to further by external effect, andkeep the appearance of a more natural, more strident.
