This thesis firstly introduces the features, application fields and research progress of the fluorinated surfactants. Fluorinated surfactants are much more popular at present, compared to traditional hydrocarbon surfactants, less dosage of fluorinated surfactants can reduce the surface tension of the aqueous solution with strong effect, play a good distribution effect with other surfactants, and so they can be used in firefighting, chromium fog inhibitor, paper making, metallurgy and synthesis of foaming agent and defoaming agent. In the second chapter, perfluorinated hexyl sulfonyl fluoride and perfluorinated butyl sulfonyl fluoride as raw materials, synthesized a series of anionic surfactants containing fluorine, structures of the synthetic compounds are identified by IR, MS,1HNMR, the surface tension of the product is studied, and the critical micelle concentration is determined. In the third chapter, perfluorinated hexyl sulfonyl fluoride as raw material, react respectively with n-propylamine, n-butyl amine, hexyl amine, octyl amine creating intermediates, and then react with sodium chloroacetate to form a series of N-alkyl perfluorinated hexyl sulfonyl imide carboxylic acid sodium fluoride anionic surfactants, structures of the compounds are characterized by IR,1HNMR. We investigate the best synthetic conditions of the intermediates, the stability of the target product in strong acid solution. The properties of product such as thermo gravimetric analysis, the surface tension and critical micelle concentration are carried out.In the fourth chapter, some experiments for the synthesized surfactants such as the effect of fog experiment, mist suppression effect stability test, salt spray test are carried out. The experimental data can be concluded that N-butyl sulfonyl fluoride, N-(perfluorinated hexyl sulfonyl) imide sulfonic acid sodium and perfluorinated hexyl sulfonic acid potassium compound with3:1, solution minimum surface tension is20.4mN/m when the concentration is1/1000, formation of the foam layer thickness is16cm. Results reached the relevant industry standards, and expected to be the substitute of Perfluorinated octyl sulfonic acid potassium which is widely used in present.
