The number of mines and mining volume of our country is at theforefront of the world, due to historical reasons, the risk of the formationof a large number of mined-out area, with the development of miningtechnology, although some have been filling the empty area ofgovernance, but also significantly increased the amount of ore mined, sothe volume of mined-out area is still increasing, there is a big securityrisk. Therefore, monitoring of the surrounding rock and the overlyingstrata movement rule is very necessary.At present, the application of more extensive monitoring of rockmovement mostly static, and requires personnel to the scene to measure,On the one hand, discrete data can’t reflect the rock movementregularity and development trend timely, but also unable to monitormining mutations empty area surrounding rock collapsed; the other hand,more labor and time consuming, and there is a security risk. Therefore,there has designed and developed of a set of non-contact smart rockmovement monitoring system, To remote monitoring of the settlement ofrock or rock mined out area, real-time monitoring data transmission tothe surface PC terminal, Just a computer technician can visually see thechanges in rock displacement waveforms, and can automaticallystatistical deformation and deformation of the regression calculation. Meanwhile, it can send out the warning informationto monitoring personnel through the short message Modem, when therock moves cumulative value exceeds the set warning. It is a set ofreal-time monitoring, continuous, intelligent monitoring and warningsystem. Content and main conclusions of the study are summarized asthe following:(1) Using milometer precision performance and real-timecharacteristics, combined with geometric algorithms, designed apractical measurement method can be rangefinder distance measured bythe change in the amount of displacement of rock into space, so that thelaser equipment can stay away from rock mined-out area and subsidencemeasurements, improve the safety factor and the stability of the device.(2)There designed a set of real-time display and data processingof intelligent monitoring software, friendly interface, simple operation,perfect function.it can store and analyze the measured data, statistics andregression forecasting the cumulative change in the amount of rockmovement, and realized SMS alert feature, it can send warning messagesto the mobile phones of monitoring personnel when the value of thecumulative deformation exceeds a preset alarm.(3)According to the different goals of cooperation during theday and night under different light intensity conditions of experimentalresearch, the laser under different illumination conditions on the range is very small, but very cooperative target surface roughness on theinfluence of different distance. This conclusion provides basis forimproving the range of the range finder.(4)This system in Shizhuyuan multi metal mine and Dahongshaniron mine are used effectively, not only saves a lot of manpower andtime, at the same time accumulated a lot of deformation dataof rock, has provided the important databases for mine personnel tograsp the rock movement regularity.
