Integration Design And Research Of Intelligent Kitchen Furniture Under The Generalized Interactive Guide

Kitchen furniture industry has a broad market prospect with the rivaling of experience economy and the further development of urbanization. On the one hand, personal interactive experience value will become the key factor for improving the user’s satisfaction, but on the other hand, standardized production will become the only way for promoting the enterprise’s competitiveness and scientific development. The purpose of this research is to explore general interactive values oriented integration design methods of kitchen furniture. These methods will establish on the basis of general interaction design theories, integration design theories and kitchen furniture industrial standards. And these design methods will support the integration of business requirements, technical feasibility and humanities concern in the product and service. Also, these design methods will help to balance and promote the sustainable development of manufacturer and user’s benefits.This research outlined the basic kitchen operating process model from the perspective of systematic design theories, and explored the kitchen’s basic functions partition and the characteristics of extension functions. Moreover, combining with the industrial standards， this research analyzed the specification of layout, main dimensions, combination dimensions and electrical equipment arranges.Basing on the general interaction design theories, this research provided the interactive methods and interactive elements in intelligent kitchen system from the macro and micro perspectives. Moreover, this research offered the macro interactive design methods from the perspective of person to person interaction, and offered the micro interactive design methods from the perspective of man-machine dimension relations, behaviors, cognitions and emotions.Basing on the integration design connotation, this research outlined the goals. These goals involve integrating the benefits of multi-stakeholders in product chain, the users’ response factors in general interaction process, and the elements and resources of product physical system. Moreover, this research offered five integration design methods. These methods involve integrating of space-behavior, furniture-electric appliance, visualization, standardized production and personalized consumption. Then, this research offered a set of office-kitchen system by applying the general interaction oriented integration design methods.
