In the recent years，with the rapid development of economy，the amount of specialequipment has been increased. It brought significant benefits to economic developmentas long as tremendous pressure to safety supervision. How to supervise specialequipments with efficient and safety and avoid safety accidents deserve supervisorypersonnel’s reflection because of special equipments’ specific and high-riskcharacteristic.This article set the present situation of safety supervision as the context and gavean example of safety supervision in Shangyu district of Shaoxing. The research hasmethodologically adopted document analysis，empirical investigation with comparativeresearch. Then，giving the safety supervision status analysis and pointing out theproblems to the special equipments under the supervision posed by thoseindustrial-developed countries. And through referencing the result of domestic andforeign safety supervision of special equipments’ research，propose the way to deal withthe current safety supervision of special equipments problems in our country. Namely，enhance the sense of responsibility，strengthen law enforcement，increase investment onsafety aspects and intensify education and training. In order to improve the effectivenessof the supervision work，to ensure the special equipments operate safely，escort for thedevelopment of social economy.
