The article is in view of the joint puncture needle guide, based on the size characteristic ofthe slot and the principle of electrochemical machining, research on the key technology of theelectrochemical machining equipment, and a control algorithm for limited inter-electrode gap inguide slot electrolytic machining was proposed. Based on the main components of machine wasanalyzed, make the control process of machine, research the hardware of control system, designthe human machine interface of control system, finish the debugging of the machine finally.Firstly, research the key technology of joint puncture needle guide slot electrochemicalmachining equipment, analyze the principle of guide slot electrochemical machining. Aimed atthe problem that the change of corrode velocity could easily lead to the instability ofinter-electrode gap between tool and workpiece in electrochemical machining, the relationshipamong the electric current, the depth of feed and the inter-electrode gap was researched. Bydetecting the current, the control algorithm for constraint adaptive inter-electrode gap wasproposed to keep the limited electrochemical machining inter-electrode gap and improve themachining accuracy.Secondly, research the composition of joint puncture needle guide slot electrochemicalmachining equipment, select the electrochemical machining power supply, design the devicefor the electrolyte cycle filtering, analyze the main function of machining equipment, accordingto the specific processing requirements of the puncture needle guide slot, design process, theprocess route was determined, and the analysis and design of the whole control process wasfinished.Then, analyze the composition and function selection of joint puncture needle guide slotelectrochemical machining equipment control system hardware, select the Googol integratedmotion controller as the core component of control system, the parameter of motion controllerwas setted. select the mitsubishi MR-J3series servo amplifier and motor as triaxial drivesystem, design interface circuit between servo and motion controller, and the layout of theelectrical components in control cabinet was completed.Finally, research the man-machine interface of the joint puncture needle guide slotelectrochemical machining equipment control system, through the analysis of the functional requirement of control system, plan the buttons and layout in the control panel, through theprogramming to achieve each function control interface lastly.Through online test and trial, joint puncture needle guide slot electrochemical machiningcontrol system meet the requirement of production, the proposed of the control algorithm forlimited inter-electrode gap in guide slot electrolytic machining improves the size precision ofthe slot and processing stability.
