This article based on the kind of solid waste coal as adsorbents,which was used to dispose of organic waste water with nitrobenzene,the saturate adsorbents which had been adsorbed could be recycled instead of the fuel coal,and the treated water which possessed a certain amount of alkaline can be used as a dedicated washing water and can be used to wash nitrochlorobenzene product.This article first detected the water quality of the untreated waste water.Then by exploring the adsorption mechanism of industry analysis, specific surface area, infrared spectrum and the heat of combustion,which adsorbents were the untreated semi-coke powder, the preconditioned semi-coke powder (dried under temperature300℃) and coke powder,the results showed that the preconditioned semi-coke powder had considerable specific surface area and open pore structure the semi-coke breeze after pretreatment with considerable surface area and open pore structure,it has more oxygen functional groups which have good chemical activity at the same time.It is more suitable for the preconditioned semi-coke powder to adsorb macromolecules pollutants.In addition,it has a high heat of combustion which is more suitable for it to be a high-quality fuel.In the static adsorbing experiments,the study found that the mesopores of the three kinds of adsorbents didn’t have better adsorption capacity by measuring the three adsorbents’s adsorption value of methylene blue;through the determination of the optimum dosage, the optimum adsorbing time and temperature factors of the three kinds of absorbents,it’s finalized the preconditioned semi-coke powder was chosen as the adsorbent of the waste water.In the dynamic adsorption experiment,using an035x120cm adsorption column as a tool to filter waste water sample and the COD was50mg/L as the point of exhaustion,through varying the dosage and water flow rate,arrived at the optimum conditions of the dynamic adsorption:the optimal proportion of the preconditioned semi-coke powder and waste water was126.67g:1L,and the optimal flow velocity was40mL/min of waste water which was flowing throngh the adsorption column.This article then compared with the detection of the treated water and the index of the specialized washing water.This article also studied the comprehensive utilization of the saturate adsorbents which had been adsorbed and the waste water after processing. Process route was designed under optimum conditions which were determined on the basis of laboratory. According to the design of the process flow diagram and the device flow chart,got the results of energy balance and mass balance. In the selection of equipment, the requirement of equipment is relatively simple which can reduce fixed investment in equipment. It can be known that the process has a certain economic value through a simple economic evaluation. It is suitable for the process to applying to industrial production.
