Twister of tangential belts transmission with large power consumption and productioninflexible and other shortcomings, has been unable to meet the high-end market demand for thetwister, but single spindle twister of independent transmission has gradually become a newdirection of twister. Single spindle drive is means that the running of spindles, the winding ofbobbins and the reciprocate of guiding-yarns control by an independent motor. Its biggest featureis that process of each spindle twister can be set independently. According to this transmissionmode, this paper design the control system of single twister spindle control,it composed singlespindle control module and the whole human-computer interaction module of two parts.The single spindle control module adopt LPC1752of Cortex-M3core as the CPU,according to the process required to complete the circuit for each motor control hardware andsoftware design, to achieve control of a single tablet of each institution; the key is achieve theencoder and encoder design and stepper motor control module design.Human machine interaction module by microprocessor (S3C6410) as the core controlsystem is designed interactive application software applications based on WinCE; while alsocomplete CAN bus expansion interface design, human-computer interaction module WinCEsystem customization and migration, achieve its CAN bus driver.HCI module communicate with each single spindle control modules by the CAN bus tocontrol the machine.At the same time to complete the entire control system, the paper research on the yarnforming, complete algorithm design of anti-patterning and anti-convex edge. This paperdescribes a method of mechanically anti-patterning, algorithm is achieve through the convexpoint analog mechanical anti-patterning folded position to simulate mechanical anti-patterning;while do many experiments of the usual triangle wave anti-patterning method to get the actualbest anti-patterning of triangular wave parameters, it has some reference value for future anti-stacked study.Finally, this paper was tested the modules of the system and the performance of entiresystem, including tests encoder speed and stepper drive circuit laboratory tests and ferroelectricmemory tests, while some experiment of yarn forming, tension, power consumption and other properties were also tested. |
