Metal ion is inextricably linked to the life sciences, environmental science, medicine and other fields, its identification and detection occupies an important position in analytical chemistry. Fluorescent probe exists in the life by the form of a molecular sensor, it can be used widely in cell detection, nucleic acid and protein analysis applications, and exhibited fast response, high sensitivity. Especially, it has good selectivity and high sensitivity for the detection of metal ions. Therefore, the organic fluorescent probe withing a small molecule fluorophore have great significance in the field of medical research, life sciences, and environmental analysis. The subject reference the typical structure of the system "FSR" of light-induced electron transfer PET (photo induced electron transfer) design and synthesis a new metal ion fluorescent probe for the first time, namely:self-discovery of two-color alkenyl-diketones as a fluorophore, connected to recognition host (triethylene-tetramine) through the isolation group (methylene). And this new type of metal ion fluorescent probe structural characterization; studied by fluorescence spectroscopy identification of common metal ions in the cell. The thesis mainly includes:(1) With the4-methyphthalic anhydride and succinic acid as the starting materials,7,7’-dimethyl-4H,4’H-2,2’-bichromene-4,4’-dione(compound2) were synthesized.(2) With the compound2and N-bromosuccinimide as the starting materials,7-(bromomethyl)-7’-methyl-4H,4’H-2,2’-bichromene-4,4’-dione(compound4) was firstly synthesized. Its structure was characterized by the IR,1H-NMR, and MS spectra and observed its FL spectrum. With the compound4as the fluorescent probe, the CMC of D1821, BS-12and SDS were determined and the result proved the feasibility of the determination of surfactants’CMC with the compounds. Also, this fluorescent probe could be used to labeling and tracking DNA.(3) A new Fluorescence Chemical Sensor7-((2-(2-(2-aminoethylamino)ethylamino)ethylamino)methyl)-7’-methyl-4H,4’H-2,2’-bichromene-4,4’-dione (compound5) was firstly synthesized by Elimination reaction with the triethylene-tetramine and compound2as starting materials, characterized and its fluorescence properties was determined. Its fluorescence properties decrease relative to compound4, it could be used to detecting and recognizing metal ions as a novel fluorescent probe compounds.
