The packaging material of environmental protection (the film of environmentalprotection packaging of soy protein isolate) was studied, in order to conformance theenvironmental development of society. In this thesis, the mainly film-forming materials baseon soy protein isolate (SPI) made in china were systematically studied. The soy protein isolatematerials and consistency, alkali treatment conditions (alkali dosages, time and temperature),rdducing agents and dosages, combination of elasticizer and cross-linked agents, solution pHvalue, drying temperature were studied through single factor experiments. The optimalfilm-forming conditions (soy protein isolate consistency, glycerin dosages, pH value, ferulicacid dosages) were obtained through orthogonal experiment design. The antibiosis property offilm was probly studied. The main aspects and results were represented as follows:The affecting factors of soy protein isolate film were optimized according to ensilestrength, tearing elongation rate and moisture absorption rate through single factorexperiments. The experiment results were following: choose the soy protein isolate wasprovided by dalian wenda company, and the consistency was5.0%; alkali dosages were1.0%,alkali treatment time was20min alkali treatment temperature was70℃; the reducing agentwas cysteine, and the dosages were1.5%; the ferulic was cross-linked agent, glycerin waselasticize; solution pH value was8; drying temperature was50℃.Base on single factor experiments, the soy protein isolate consistency, glycerin dosages,pH value and ferulic acid dosages as the conditions of L9(34) orthogonal experiments. Theoptimum technology conditions of soy protein isolate film were: the soy protein isolateconsistency was4.0%, glycerin dosages were20%, pH value was8and ferulic acid dosageswere1.25%. In the optimum conditions, the affecting degree of film-forming pH value ofsolution was maximal, the soy protein isolate consistency was secondary, glycerin and ferulicacid dosages were smaller.In the study of antibiosis property of environmental protection packaging film, theantibiosis agents were chitosan and vanillin, the three kinds of bacteriums used in experimentsare aspergillus niger, Ehrenberg and yeast. The results showed that chitosan and vanillin has certain antimicrobial affect against spergillus niger, Ehrenberg and yeast. The antimicrobialaffect against spergillus niger and yeast of chitosan which were superior to vanillin. Theantimicrobial affect against Ehrenberg of vanillin was superior to chitosan.
