In the current study, Human joint damage caused by improper movement andexcessive movement has become the focus of attention at home and abroad. In the studyof sports injuries, no research studied by combine sports injury and protectivesportswear. Although people have a sense of the process in motion by wearing sportssafeties to achieve the purpose of protect their bodies, because there has no researchabout sports safety protective effect in our country, so people do not understand the realinfluence brought by sports safeties. Therefore, some vacancies have existed in thequality of sports safety and the development of protective sportswear, there is nosystematic analysis from a moving state to develop protective sportswear. the paper tofill this vacancy, in tennis for the study, analysis the biomechanical condition of jointsin the human upper, build a complete system for designing protective sportswear basedon motion capture and biomechanical.The main research in the following areas:1. Construct human motion protection model:Select human biomechanics and sports injuries to be basic theory, combine thespring oscillator model to construct a human motion protection model with clothingmaterials, which is constructed step by step form basic human protection model, andbuild relationship between clothing material properties and biomechanical parameters.2. A variety of clothing materials protective performance testCollect human upper motion data by using3-D motion measurement system whenin tennis sport. The test was divided into2groups:The first test in order to analysis the protection performance both elastic and thicknessfactors of clothing material, the data shows that thickness factor has greater impact to change the human biomechanical parameters than elastic factor, so the conclusion isthat thickness factor play a role in human protection.The second test is analysis the protective effect about different composite ways,wearing methods and styles of sports safeties which designed by different clothingmaterials, and select optimal combination for developing protective sportswear from theexperimental samples.3. Protective tennis sportswear developmentDesign3protective tennis sports wears by using the optimal combination and testits protection performance by using3-D motion measurement system, the data showsthat protective tennis sports wears are better than normal sportswear in protectionperformance.4. Optimized design protective tennis sportswearOptimized design protective tennis sportswear though the fashion design rules andto improve its aesthetics and wear ability. And then though the same method to test itsprotection performance and human comfort, the data shows the new tennis sports wearshave both the protection performance and better comfort.By the above4steps, this paper builds a complete research system to developprotective sportswear, the system contains human biomechanics, sports injurytheoretical knowledge, motion capture, clothing materials test and fashion design.
