This paper firstly introduced the ceramic membrane ultrafiltrationtechnology, and determined the feasibility of the application of ceramicmembrane treatment technology of oilfield sewage up to "5.1.1" qualityindex, and draw the corresponding test parameters. Then, according to thetest results and experience. This paper discussed the ceramic membraneused in treatment of key points in engineering design and the applicationof oilfield wastewater, emphasizing in film processing system design,which should choose proper membrane components for determining thereasonable process parameters and the suitability of the layout and therelated system. At the same time, the maintenance operation andmanagement recommendations of ceramic membrane technology in theindustrial application, and lays the foundation for the future industrialapplication.
