At present, the separate injection technology of oil injection well using wire and cable adjustment, cannot avoid throwing eccentric injector operation risk, unable to realize the real-time monitoring and control, does not reflect the changing information of water absorption of each layer. Therefore, in order to improve the low permeability reservoir injection level, to carry out intelligent control study injection technology, to achieve real-time flow control and monitoring is extremely necessary.Through the comparison analysis of the downhole and ground data transmission technology, gives information transmission scheme of cable radio communications, and puts forward the research project of water injection control system of intelligent hierarchical on this basis. In order to verify the feasibility of radio communications in downhole water, this paper use theoretical analysis and experimental simulations to research, theoretical analysis of the characteristics of electromagnetic wave transmission in the medium, experimental tests the distance under different salinity433MHz radio communications, verified the feasibility of radio communications in downhole water, and gives the inner diameter of62mm intelligent injection wells within experimental formula salinity water column and radio communication distance.According to the research plan, this paper designed the control circuit of intelligent hierarchical injection measurement and control system and related software, the system consists of three parts:down-hole monitoring and control system, operation tool system, ground control system, uses the modular design method for easy expansion and transplantation. Down-hole monitoring and control system to complete the down-hole temperature, pressure, real time monitoring and storage of flow information, and realize the automatic deployment of injection water; operation tool system to complete the down-hole and ground communication, transmit the data that gathered and control commands; ground control system processes the data received, draw water injection curve, injection pressure curve and so on.
