But if a grinding wheel work for a long time, there inevitably be edge wear on it, which will influence the effect of grinding and the accuracy of parts. At this time we have to dressing grinding wheel dresser to make it reefed the need of grinding work. Then, the performance and working precision of grinding wheel dresser become a dominant factor.As we know, when an ideal integral floating rail is at working, the spatial distance between the fixed guide and the moving guide should be equal, and the corresponding dynamic guide gas film thickness should be equal on both sides. But, when integral floating guide is under partial load, the guide rail gap will not be equal, so as the thickness, which will change the ideal spatial coordinates of the diamond pen fixed on the moving guide. Although partial load Angle is small, but as a result of film thickness is very small, so a small Angle is also easy to make guide cut rub each other and Lower guide bearing capacity.In this paper, the integral floating rail is used in Y7125gear grinding machine for grinding wheel dresser as a guide support part. A gas floating rail design method based on the research of integral air flotation on partial load is proposed to improve the floating guide’s work accuracy. This method is by adjusting the orifice throttling area.In this paper, first of all, the author divides the trajectory of motion of the guide, to transform a dynamic problem into a static problem. Then the author based on the analysis of Renault control equations, the law of conservation of gas flow, the bearing capacity of the guide rail on partial load, and the partial parameters such as load torque, and the obtained data, use backstepping method which is based on the constraint conditions consist of the partial load, partial load torque and thickness of the gas film to adjust the area of the throttle of the orifices in guide rails. Then a set of throttling areas can be calculated.According to the data, adjusting the variable choke throttling area, the guide can return to the ideal position.Do it like this, the diamond pen’ coordinate error caused partial load in work could be corrected. When used in conjunction with numerical control technology, the operability of this method in practical will be stronger. Thus we can greatly improve the working precision of the integral floating guide. |
