This paper revolved around the design and application of the control and interlock systems in a project260,000tons/year acrylonitrile production plant.In this paper, the automatic control system devices acrylonitrile production design and realization. From the device manufacturing process characteristics, describes the process of acrylonitrile unit, physical and chemical properties around the core unit-reaction unit, which is important for the control index, developed a significant loop control and interlock program.Combined260,000tons/year of acrylonitrile production unit for automatic control system design requirements, introduced the Honeywell ExperionTM PKS, TRICON, FDM, such as system structure, function, conducted a systematic software design, hardware design.Finally, according to the characteristics of the gas produced by the reaction of acrylonitrile, mechanical and magnetic oxygen analyzer features, combined with the actual site, the analysis of the original sample pretreatment system problems and take the reform measures, and achieved good results. The design of future similar projects of great significance.The project has been carried out according to the relevant national specifications, meeted the requirements of automation engineering design. Relevant safety commissioning has been carried out in the field, and achieved the expected results.
