| This paper mainly aims at Baosteel2050Hot Rolling Mill units of existing obsolete equ-ipment, control technology can not meet the requirements of current situation of the market, especially in the electrical control unit various aspects of defects appeared continuously the serious influence the precision of the production efficiency and product quality, through the analysis and study the characteristics of the core equipment put forward many reforming plan and put it into production practice.Paper focuses on the problems encountered in practical applications, introduces the main technical features of Baosteel2050Hot Rolling Mill, analyzes the causes of poor quality ma-de by control system.
