With further study of people, coumarin derivative compound are appearedincreasingly, coumarin derivative are used as additives in food additives, flavors, cosmetics,pharmaceuticals, platelet aggregation and agricultural chemicals, and also has anticancer,anti-HIV, anticlotting effect. Because of its unique photochemical and photophysicalproperties, coumarin derivative also can be used as dyes, pigments and organic fluorescentmaterial. Therefore, synthesizing of more coumarin compounds will have a greatsignificance in people’s lives.First of all, we used the4-hydroxycoumarin as raw material to synthesis of3-acetyl-4-hydroxycoumarin, and basising on this we synthesised of a series ofcoumarino[4,3-b]pyran-4-one derivatives through aldol condensation and intramolecularcyclization process.Secondly, we used the3-bromoacetyl-4-hydroxycoumarin as raw materials andreacted with aldehyde to synthesis of a series of2-phenyldene-5H-furo[3,2-c]coumarin-3-onederivatives under the optimized reaction conditions.Finally, we used4-chloro-7-methyl-coumarin and reactioned with aldehyde tosynthesis of a series of4-(3-amino-thieno[2,3-b]pyridin-2-yl)coumarins derivatives in thepresence of p-Toluenesulfonic acid.The structures of all compounds were characterized by1HNMR、13CNMR and IRspectrum.
