Variable cross-section cold roll forming profiles is a kind of economic cross section steel, and widely used in various industries. With the development of variable cross-section roll forming technology, research of processing equipment has great significance. But at present, the most mature technology of cold roll forming profiles cutting is uniform section of online cutting technology, cutting technology for arc variable cross-section bending section is still in research.This paper for one kind of arc variable cross-section cold roll forming profiles of unique feature, and combines with enterprise requirements of the online cutting technology, a kind of online cutting equipment for arc variable cross-section cold roll forming profiles has been designed.The equipment mainly includes:cutting device of variable cross-section profiles,arc trajectory tracking device and the rotating device.Through the structure design of each part,completes the task of the arc variable cross-section profiles online tracking cutting.Die cutting has been designed as its cutting method,and hydraulic power systems has been designed to provides power for its cutting action.For variable cross-section cutting, divides the device on die-cutting slider, through different combination of sliding block can form different cross section to cut profiles. Arc trajectory tracking device adopts the method of arc trajectory decomposition,trajectory tracking motion of cutting device is decomposed into X, Y liner motion in two directions. Rotating device adopts rotary support, rotation movement of the cutting device is achieved by. servo motor rotation movement. The control system of the X direction linear motion has been analyzed by loop control theory; the control system simulation model has been built in MATLAB/Simulink software.the fuzzy PI control algorithm has been used.the situation that the control system with constant load and load change has been simulated.The mechanical structure that designed for variable cross-section bending equipment arc profile online can realize the tracking cut on the arc variable section cold-formed profiles Online Simulation experiment results show that the constant load state of the fuzzy PI controller in position loop control of displacement tracking effect is significantly better than the common PI controller, the anti-interference ability of the fuzzy PI controller under the condition of changing load is much better than that of common PI controller.
