Although China is a country with rich phosphate rock resources, but lack of high grade phosphate rock, middle and low grade phosphate rock accounted for over80%of the total resources. Combined with China’s national conditions, answer to be given priority to with the development of low and medium grade phosphate rock, according to the situation of our country existing phosphate rock type distribution and reserves, this experiment adopts the mechanical activation method activation of phosphate rock in our study, on the basis of phosphate-solubilizing effect of mechanical activation, clear processing suitability of various kinds of phosphate rock in our country, provide necessary scientific basis for the selection of phosphate rock in China.This thesis applies the mechanization research method will be collected by the three types of12phosphate rock (magma type:Fan Shan phosphate rock, Wu Lan wu su phosphate rock, metamorphic type:Huang Mailing phosphate rock, sedimentary type: XinJi phosphate rock, JinNing phosphate rock, KaiYang phosphate rock, WengFu phosphate rock, Han Yuan173phosphate rock, Zhao Jiaping phosphate rock, JinHe phosphate rock, YiChang phosphate rock) made mechanical activated phosphate rock powder, upon confirmation of the influence of mechanical activation factor, on the basis of the optimum parameters of the mechanical activation, further analyzes the mineral composition and rock phosphate phosphate-solubilizing effect, and is verified by outdoor pot experiment after activation of the biological effect of ground phosphate rock, the method of research has been clear about the mechanization to the activation effect of phosphate rock in China, the results showed that:(1) mechanical activation parameters significantly influence the improvement of effective phosphorus content of phosphate rock. The optimum parameters of the mechanical activation is:under the condition of filling rate is at0.33; milling speed is at1500rpm; ball material ratio is at30:1, activation time is21minutes, steel ball diameter is18mm.(2) Using the optimum parameters of the mechanical activation of12kinds of phosphate rock mechanical activation, show that magma and metamorphic type after mechanical activation phosphate rock effective phosphorus content is higher, while the medium and low grade phosphate rock of citrate acid soluble rate increase obviously, activation effect is better. The type and ingredients of phosphate rock can influence of mechanical activation effect, rock phosphate mineral containing clay, calcite, iron may promote the phosphate-solubilizing effect of phosphate rock, improve the effectiveness of phosphate rock. And when rock phosphate mineral containing large amounts of quartz, dolomite may inhibit the phosphate-solubilizing effect of phosphate rock, the effect of mechanical activation.(3) under this experimental condition, the application of mechanical activation of ground phosphate rock FanShan, HuangMailing can make the content of available p in soil is better than that of other mechanical activated phosphate rock powder, but it still have a certain difference with the level of the application to superphosphate. In addition, the processing FanShan and HuangMailing both for the phosphate rock magma type, magmatic type of phosphate rock in the soil available p content is superior to the sedimentary and metamorphic phosphate rock. In terms of surueyed:effects on soil available p content increase, in addition to YiChang phosphate rock (YiChang phosphate rock with4g surueyed seems better than2g), the other mechanical activation of ground phosphate rock seems all ground phosphate rock to2g seems advisable.(4) for outdoor pot experiment, the author found out that the comprehensive consideration of perennial ryegrass biomass, height, phosphorus uptake and utilization of phosphate, different types of mechanical activation of ground phosphate rock for ryegrass biology effect is different, the XinJi phosphate rock mechanical activated phosphate rock powder into the4g to significantly better than in2g, and for JinNing, FanShan, HanYuan173, JinHe, YiChang five mechanical activated phosphate rock powder into the2g to significantly better than in4g, other mechanical activated phosphate rock powder applied mechanical activated phosphate rock powder into the2g or4g difference was not significant. |
