Mesoporous SiO2material is the pore size distribution within the scope of2nm-50nm, its large specific surface area, pore size uniform。The pure SiO2mesoporous materials after modification by the load transition metal oxide nanoparticles,Can improves the various performance of the mesoporous material. Such as skeleton stability, surface acidity and catalytic ability and ion exchange capacity, etc. Which can makes it in the separation, purification, catalysis, environment, energy, biological materials and new assembly materials, and other fields has a broad application prospect.This paper with polyethylene glycol (PEG) as template, using the Sol gel method (Sol-gel), hydrothermal method and calcined method of synthesis of mesoporous SiO2(CuO and TiO2) and its metal oxide doped mesoporous silica composite materials,’polymer template is studied in detail, calcination atmosphere, doping metal salt, metal and other reaction conditions on the influence law of product structure, discusses its application in adsorption catalytic removal of stain,the paper includes the following sections:The first chapter using non-ionic surfactants polyethylene glycol (PEG) as template,using the synthetic mesoporous SiO2Sol-gel method, get the product by hydrothermal method, high temperature calcination method to deal with dry gel product.Mainly examines the preparation quality of PEG, PEG molecular weight, calcination atmosphere, different treatment conditions on the materials such as the effect of pore structure and structure;The adsorption of methylene blue product optimization tests have been carried out.In general the smaller molecular weight, the greater the quality, the greater the BET data of material, the methylene blue adsorption effect is best;Under nitrogen atmosphere calcine out samples of methylene blue adsorption effect is best;Dielectric distributed SiO2has good adsorption effect to the methylene blue, the adsorbent dosage of2#is0.015g, the pH of the system is9, stirring time is2h, under the condition of removal of methylene blue is as high as93.4%, and mainly physical adsorption.The second chapter use the Sol-gel method, and then by hydrothermal method, high temperature calcination method get a CuO-SiO2porous composite materials.We studied the influence with the factors such as the capacity of CuO, the different copper salt and the calcination atmosphere which removal of the template on the nanometer composite material of the BET and structure.And discusses the selectivity of CuO-SiO2porous composite material with adsorption of cationic and anionic dye dyeing agent.The experimental results show that part of the copper ions into the SiO2skeleton formed the Cu-O-Si keys, formation of rystal phase particles occupy part of the channel, the specific surface area of materials fell slightly.Dye adsorption effect as CuO increase with the increase of the load, and the sample is much better than that of the effects of cationic dye anion stain;In a different source for copper, copper salt copper with copper chloride as source of the preparation of samples for the removal rate of methylene blue best.The product obtained under nitrogen atmosphere calcine BET data and better adsorption effect, include of CuO to be restored become Cu2O.The third chapter prepared by sol gel method, high temperature firing the porous silicon doping Cu/Ti,and studied the photocatalytic effect of methylene blue.The experimental results show that the composite materials contained in the Ti content is higher, the better photocatalytic effect, when containing10ml tetrabutyl titanate, its decolorization rate of97.4%.Under nitrogen atmosphere and calcined to get samples of the catalytic effect is better than the calcined in air samples.Experimental results show that with polyethylene glycol (PEG) as the template, was prepared by sol gel method can be easily mesoporous SiO2and its metal (CuO and TiO2) doped composite material, by adjusting the PEG molecular weight, quality, can adjust and control materials on the reaction conditions such as pore structure, can choose according to need calcined under different atmosphere or hydrothermal products.Can also be formed in the inorganic metal oxides is introduced into the SiO2skeleton M-O-Si chemical bonds, given mesoporous SiO2new physical and chemical properties, especially for dyeing agent has better adsorption catalytic effect.Through the preparation of functional mesoporous composite materials, a wide range of applications in adsorption, catalysis, etc.
