With the rapid development of the national economy, the exploitation andutilization of Oil fields has become a mainstay of the country’s overall strength of thedevelopment.In the process of the development and use of Oil fields will cause airpollution, water pollution and soil pollution and other hazards. In this paper, PAHsof pre-processing and analysis methods in groundwater, soil and herbs surround ofJilin Oilfield were studied.The conditions of collision energy and solid phase micro-extraction of16PAHswere optimized, gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used withselected reaction monitoring mode (SRM) towards the16PAHs in groundwater of awater plant in Jilin Oilfield wells. The standard curve of matrix match of16PAHswere determined. The average recovery was73.1%~105.2%, and the relativestandard deviation was2.5%~13.8%. The LOD was0.002ng/mL~0.036ng/mL.The correlation coefficient R2of16PAHs was0.9953~0.9998. A good linearrelationship was indicated.The conditions of accelerated solvent extraction of16PAHs were optimized, gaschromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used with selected reactionmonitoring mode (SRM) towards the16PAHs in soil surround a water plant in JilinOilfield wells. The standard curve of16PAHs were determined. The averagerecovery was74.6%~108.3%, and the relative standard deviation was2.9%~14.6%.The LOD was0.002ng/mL~0.009ng/mL. The correlation coefficient R2of16PAHs was0.9867~0.9998. A good linear relationship was indicated.The conditions of accelerated solvent extraction of16PAHs were optimized andwas compared with normal solvent extraction, gas chromatography-tandem massspectrometry was used with selected reaction monitoring mode (SRM) towards the16PAHs in herbs surround a water plant in Jilin Oilfield wells. The standard curve of16PAHs were determined. The average recovery was72.8%~102.5%, and the relativestandard deviation was3.5%~15.8%. The LOD was0.002ng/mL~0.009ng/mL.The correlation coefficient R2of16PAHs was0.9867~0.9998. A good linearrelationship was indicated.
