ECM (Electrochemical Machining, ECM), based on the principle ofelectrochemical anodic dissolution process, is a kind of "ion" way of removingdissolved materials processing technology, with a wide range of processing, goodsurface quality, high processing efficiency, tools lossless and so on. Development ofsmall gap electrochemical machining technology is to strengthen the process ofelectrolysis locality, improve the precision of parts, so that it can become adevelopment from the general level to processing precision machining level. In thispaper, a combination of modern numerical control technology based onelectrochemical machining technology, through theoretical research and technologicalexperiments on a medical needle anesthesia were slotted experiments.The research work completed in this paper mainly include the following aspects:Firstly, based on the basic principle of electrochemical machining technology,analysis of the basis theory, the small gap electrochemical machining model, studiesof the method of regulating factors of small gap electrochemical machiningperformance and processing technology, provides guidance on the basis ofexperimental research and theory.Secondly, in order to improve the machining precision and surface quality,improve and perfect the existing experimental electrochemical machining. Improvedelectrolyte filtration system, improve the electrolyte purity, solves the problem ofelectrolyte filter; The front and rear of the tool electrode offset certain dimensionsmachining tool path for electrochemical machining process provides a new way ofmovement; Pulse power was applied to electrochemical machining, provides a newresearch direction for electrochemical machining.Furthermore, the experiment of small gap electrochemical machining slottedtechnique. Through a large number of experiments, analyses the effect of process parameters on current efficiency and narrow groove width, depth. Formed a set ofsmall gap electrochemical machining process parameter optimization and adjustment.Finally, based on the parameter optimization of the small gap electrochemicalmachining technology, a set of medical anesthesia puncture needle slot experiment.Through a lot of slotting experiments, the experimental results and methods wereconstantly analyze, research and improvement, the final success of this process out ofthe anesthesia needle incision smooth and tidy, narrow groove clear outline, size andsurface quality are in line with the processing requirements narrow slot structure.
