By studying the status of the domestic and foreign textile machinery industry, this paperproposes a solution of AM335X-Based jacquard control system design for circular knittingmachine, and conducts the description and tests design of the system in sotfware and hardware.Circular knitting machine is a mechanical and electrical equipment based on the pirnciple ofcircular wetf precision, which can be used for production of underwear, T-shirts, sweaters,sportswear and other high-grade knitted fabrics. Circular knitting machine’s top grademanufacturing technology is mainly concentrated in Europe, Japan and other countires at present,compared to which, China’s domestic textile machinery has some gaps in intelligence,machinery manufactuirng level and so on. Therefore, this paper carires out jacquard circularknitting machine control system for research, for improving the overall level of domestictechnology, narrowing the technology gap between domestic and foreign practical significance,is conducive to the promotion of technological innovation and domestic knitting machine.The jacquard control system for the Double-sided jacquard circular knitting machine is takenas the research object for this paper,which is based on the mechanical entities. Atfer in-depthanalysis of the operating pirnciple of the model agency jacquard woven, needle selectionmechanism and other institutions, this paper proposes a solution of AM335X-Based jacquardcontrol system design for circular knitting machine,combined with the future developmentdirection of knitting machinery in the same time.This paper has the hardware design part of core board and control board analyzed. Sectiondescirbes the contents of the core board are: master chip module, a storage unit modules, powersupply module for core board, SD card interface module and so on. Content control board partexplained: needle selection signal output module, the output rfequency signal control module,communication circuit module. The software part elaborates analysis the three aspects ofsotfware architecture, human-computer program modules and control modules program. And paper carires out a detailed narrative on the parallel-bus communication protocols for needlecontrol, seiral-bus communication protocols for needle control, communication protocols ofdensity motor and valve dirver board. Finally, the functional test of the control system that meetsthe design requirements.The circular knitting machine control system, what the paper discusses, will be moreintelligent, more humane, etc., which is going to be an innovative new type of knittingmachinery and equipment.
