Study On Recycling Of Low-quality Boiler Exhaust Gas

The boiler exhaust gas is a kind of low concentration, low value, low grade heat energy. It directly use to improve the utilization.Since the boiler exhaust gas contains not only the acid gas CO2, SO2, NOx, but also particles, dust; and a considerable heat. Considering the characteristics of its, it is eventually used in alkaline of wastewater treatment, such as high saline wastewater, organic wastewater and other aspects. Combined with several considerations, such as convenience, types of water and other reasons. Finally we select use direct way to study the effect of the flue gas treatment straw pulp black liquor.We fully consider the security of the simulation, ignoring the effects of other components in boiler exhaust gas.The Study use simulated boiler exhaust gas (12%CO2and88%N2). The research process is a dynamic equilibrium, the purpose is to recycle water come from the black liquor. The black liquor of dealing with desilication, deodorant and preheating evaporate.Then the black liquor of achieving concentrated condition add PAC and PAM to flocculate, filterable liquor can be recycled to reduce production cost so that natural resources are saved. Not completely reactive boiler exhaust gas is bubbled into black liquor of pretreatment section to achieve the principle of recycling. This method use not only the acidic gas composition of exhaust gas but also the exhaust heat.Through the simulation result,we know this method is feasible in the achievable process.Finally the study perfect the process route, evaluate economic benefit.When all of these problems are considered together, it is not surprising that this research method can be used for industrial production. The method not only solve the purified problems of boiler exhaust gas but also produce economic benefits.
