The paper, in order to study the effective treatment for rural domestic sewage inconstructed wetland, study is carried out from two aspects, which are the layout of thestructure and seasonal variation of dielectric layer. Therefore, to construct two differentdielectric layer distribution of1#and2#artificial wetland test system,1#multi-mediumartificial wetland system and2#common medium of artificial wetland system. When thework of wetland system is stable, to take sample for analysis by every two months.According to analysis of the COD、NH3-N、TP、BOD5,the results showed that:One, at the same phase, the effect of the multi-medium layer constructed wetlandsdifferent from the common medium layer constructed wetlands. In1#multi-mediumsystem, the removal efficiency of pollutant COD is between81.5-87.6%; the removalefficiency of pollutant NH3-N is between91.0-94.1%;the removal rate of pollutant TP isbetween79.9-88.3%;the removal rate of pollutant BOD5is between81.9-92.6%; in2#multi-medium system, the removal rate of pollutant COD is between70.3-80.2%; theremoval rate of pollutant NH3-N is between83.7-91.3%; the removal rate of pollutant TP isbetween73.8-79.8%; the removal rate of pollutant BOD5is between73.7-84.7%;Two, in the same system,every seasons have different results. In1#multi-mediumsystem, the pollutant COD, NH3-N, TP,BOD5in the summer of August have the highestremoval rate, respectively87.6%,94.1%,88.3%,92.6%; the pollutant COD, NH3-N,TP,BOD5in winter December, removal rate is the lowest, respectively81.5%,91%,79.9%,81.9%. In the2#multi-medium system, the pollutant COD, NH3-N, TP,BOD5in thesummer of August have the highest removal rate, respectively80.2%,91.3%,79.8%,84.7%;the pollutant COD, NH3-N, TP,BOD5in winter December, removal rate is the lowest,respectively70.3%,83.7%,73.8%,73.7%.Three, through the analysis of constructed wetland wastewater treatment technology inthe feasibility of popularization and application of multi-media in rural areas, constructedwetland treatment system is more suitable for the application in the countryside.
