Amorphous alloy is a new type of material. Because it has the characteristics thatits internal atoms are arranged disorderly, amorphous alloy has many unique andexcellent performance. The thermal error is the biggest errorsources of strip processing. So the study of thermal error of machine, in order toeffectively reduce or eliminate thermal error, also has very important theoretical andpractical significance.In this research, FJZ150-160Amorphous gravity making machine was made as theresearch object, t aim to the error and thermal error theoretical analysis of the effect onthe final machining accuracy; To test the error at the end, and the test results verify thetheoretical analysis, preparing for the next step of error compensation.This article expounds the source of the subject and the actual significance atfirst,simply introduced the development and application of amorphous strip; Theprinciple and process of strip making, and the research situation about thermal error ofmachine tool at home and abroad, The subject was also described in detailAt first, the mechanism of hot deformation of machine and law are analyzedstarting from the structure and heat source of strip making machine; the situation oferror on Z direction (space between nozzle and roller) was analysed from the thermaldeformation of lathe bed, column, cantilever, cooling copper roller and other parts.Theinfluence of thermal deformation for the quality of the strip was analyse and thecommonly used several effective measures to control machine tool thermal errors werelisted.Then, Based on field measured dataof The key points on strip making machine,The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to model the temperature fieldand deformation field analysis, illustrating the situation of strip making machine’sthermal deformation,to verify the calculation about The thermal error of machine before.Finally, according to the special structure of the machine itself and the actualprocessing environment, we design a system to detect the gap between machine nozzleand roller, it has the characteristics of good real-time and high precision with Simplestructure,and convenient operation...
